Are you not sure what cookies are? Please read this section carefully as it will explain everything you need to know about cookies and how to manage them. Let's start with some frequently asked questions.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your computer or mobile device when you visit most websites. That way, when you go back to that same website, the cookies will help you to have the best experience possible.
Why does The Personal Shopper Agency use cookies?
Cookies allow us to improve the speed, functionality and content of The Personal Shopper Agency website (TPSA). Furthermore, its tracking ability allows us to understand what you like and what you do not like, which results in a faster response from us and in an adapted web page according to the place from where you are visiting us. We also use cookies so that the advertisements we display on our website are more relevant according to your interests.
In TPSA, we use cookies because it is important for us that the time you spend on our website is as useful, relevant and intuitive as possible.
Without the storage of cookies, a website cannot remember your preferences or your login details for future visits. For example, if you allow us to store cookies on your browser, you do not need to insert your user name each time you log in, since a cookie helps us remember that information, so that you do not have to do it.
To learn more about how the cookies we use work, please visit https://allaboutcookies.org.
What kind of cookies does TPSA use?
First-party cookies and Third-party cookies
There are many types of cookies. The cookies used by TPSA are called first-party cookies. The cookies used by our partners or third parties are called third-party cookies.
The third-party cookies allow visitors to our website to view and interact with content such as videos or advertisements provided by third parties. This type of cookie can also help us collect information about how our website is being used (website analysis). We will get to this later.
Session cookies and Persistent cookies
Like most websites, we also use session cookies, which exist only during the time you are visiting our website and are deleted once you close your browser. We also use permanent cookies, also known as persistent cookies, which stay stored in your browser, ready to be used the next time you visit our website.

These cookies guarantee the display of such useful functions as maps and videos. Moreover, they store certain information on our website, like e.g. your previous search information. They are very important because they help us improve the performance and functionality of our website, thereby ensuring that you have a useful and interesting experience.
Analytical and Personalized cookies
We use analytical or personalized cookies to gather information about how our visitors use the website and to determine the popularity of our marketing campaigns. We also use the information we collect to personalize the website, so that the way content is displayed is as relevant as possible.
Publicity cookies
Publicity cookies are used to guarantee that we will only show you advertisements and messages that will be interesting for you. This can be based on your interests or on the advertisements you have previously seen. Moreover, they help us to limit the amount of times you see the same advertisement and to guarantee that it is displayed correctly.
Social Media cookies
As the name suggests, social media cookies allow our website visitors to share our content through different social networks operated by third parties.
How can you manage the cookies?
We hope we have helped you better understand what cookies can do and how we use them at TPSA to enhance your website experience. However, here are some tips in case you want to manage cookies.
You can set or change your browser preferences to accept or decline cookies at any time, but please note that if you decline cookies, your access to some features and areas of the website may be limited. Are investments in luxury goods profitable?
One of the main advantages of investing in luxury products is the high profitability they can generate. This makes them desirable and difficult to obtain, increasing their value and in many cases turning them into true collector's items.
FAQ - PERSONAL SHOPPER
Do I need to use my own money to make purchases?
No. In order to make purchases, we send you a company card and we also cover the costs of shipping the items.
What types of products specifically should I buy?
You will know it in each service; generally, they tend to be limited series fashion items.
If the customers are high-income people, why don't they buy the products themselves?
They are generally busy people so they do not have time available to go shopping. Furthermore, the products they wish to purchase are usually limited editions, which are not easy to obtain.
How many services can I have per month?
To start as a newbie, one (01) service per month. Then after 6 months other possibilities open up.
Are there other Assistants in my city?
Yes, since there are several Directors with their teams of Assistants.
Is it possible that I cannot be sold a limited item?
We have a training process where we give you all the tools so that you can provide successful services with a success rate of 90%. This way, if you follow the indicated instructions, it is unlikely that you will not be able to purchase a limited item.
What is the process for shipping purchased items? If they are expensive items, should there be some type of insurance?
To proceed with shipments, a courier from the transport company will be sent to pick up the package containing the purchased items. The package has shipping insurance.
The Assistant's responsibilities range from purchasing the items to preparing the package for shipping (we will give you instructions on how to do this). Only in some exceptional cases will it be necessary for the Assistant to take the package to the transport company's office.
In 8 years, an Assistant has never lost an item, nor has a shipped package ever been lost.
Is this a full time job?
No, in reality it is a sporadic job because we also work under orders received. As soon as we get an order, we send the service to the Assistants.
Do I have the possibility of becoming a full-time employee of the company and with all the conditions of the Law?
No, the conditions of this activity are based on the flexibility it gives you to be able to combine the performance of our services with a formal job that you already have or for which you wish to apply.
However, in the future, you have the possibility of creating your own team of Assistants, where you would be the team leader, receiving extra commissions for each purchase that a member of your team can complete.
Is this activity legal? Do I have to sign a contract to be an Assistant?
Our agency supports the legality and transparency of all our operational processes and the activities performed, so our Assistants must sign a commercial contract with us, in which all the conditions of the services are stated. Likewise, we deliver a payment receipt specifying the amount previously agreed with the company as remuneration for each service performed by the Assistant, making it clear that the Assistant is not reselling the items purchased.
